The Pickle House was established at the beginning of 2014 by Florence Cherruault in Hackney, London. Having first been introduced to the idea of drinking pickle juice whilst in New York she wanted to create a recipe that was specifically made for cocktails and smoothies. After many months crafting the recipe, TPH launched their first product: The Pickle House Original Pickle Juice. With bartenders quickly getting onboard with the pickle juice, they began coming up with different alcoholic and non-alcoholic cocktails it could be used in. One everyone agreed on, was that it was the perfect addition to a Bloody Mary. And so came The Pickle House Spiced Tomato Mix.
