Sotol Rain

Sometimes mistaken as a type of tequila, sotol is more like a bright, grassy cousin.

While Tequila and the agave plants are everywhere in the southern regions of Mexico, sotol and the Desert spoon plant that it's made from are hallmarks of the north.

In this drink, we've combined both tequila and sotol, with the tropical taste of Three Cents Pineapple soda, and a little bit of habanero spice from Scrappy's Firewater bitter.

Ingredients

• 35ml Ocho Tequila

• 15ml Nocheluna Sotol

• 10ml lime

• 2 dash Scrappy's Firewater

• Top up with Three Cents Pineapple soda

• Garnish: lime

• Glass: Onis Skinny Can

How to:

Build all the ingredients in a highball glass, add ice, top up with Three Cents Pineapple soda and garnish with lime.
